Definitions
For the purpose of this Agreement, the following expressions shall bear these respective meanings:
“ Customer” means the person whose order to purchase products is accepted by Liang Seng Sports;
“ Products” means the products forming the subject matter of the Agreement and includes any and all parts, components and materials embodied or included in them, and any service or license as may be applicable;
“ Price” means the price of the Product;
“ Liang Seng Sports” means LIANG SENG SPORTS EQUIPMENT PTE LTD, a company incorporated in Singapore and having its business office at 601 Sims Drive #02-13, Pan-I Complex, Singapore 387382, Republic of Singapore.

MartialArts-Store.com is an official website of Liang Seng Sports.

Products
All our goods are of merchandisable condition and will serve their intended functions.
No contract shall exist until Customer’s order is accepted by Liang Seng Sports. Liang Seng Sports reserves the right to refuse to accept an order from a Customer without reason or prior notice. By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. All products displayed on this site are available while supplies last. Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the product’s colors, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate. Descriptions of, or references to, products or services on this site do not imply endorsement of that product or service, or constitute a warranty, by Liang Seng Sports.

Privacy Policy
Personal information collected in the Member’s Registration and Checkout/Shopping Cart forms are meant for internal use only. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete the order or to provide services where the outside party is acting on our behalf and has no independent right to use the information we provide (i.e. a third party order fulfillment or shipping center)

Delivery Services
Delivery Schedule for Products (Monday to Friday)

The exact timing of delivery cannot be fixed but Liang Seng Sports will endeavor to deliver within the selected delivery timing.
Note: There will be a flat transportation charge of $10.00 (exclude GST) for deliveries within mainland Singapore. Each additional trip requested by customer will be subjected to further transportation charges of $10.00. Liang Seng Sports has no obligation to deliver Products until Payment and any other applicable charges are received in full by Liang Seng Sports in the currency in which the Price has been quoted. If Customer fails to take delivery of Products or fails to enable Liang Seng Sports to make delivery (whether by refusal, or failure to provide any instruction, document, license, authorization or otherwise), delivery shall be deemed to have taken place upon Liang Seng Sports giving notice to Customer of such deemed delivery whereupon risk in Products shall pass immediately to Customer. Customer shall reimburse all costs and expenses (including but not limited to transport, storage and insurance charges) incurred by Liang Seng Sports as a result of Customer’s inability, failure or refusal to take physical delivery. Unless the Customer notifies Liang Seng Sports to the contrary the day after the delivery of Products, Products shall be deem to have been accepted by Customer in good condition and in accordance with the Agreement.
Risk in Products shall pass from Liang Seng Sports to Customer upon delivery of Products to Customer.

Payment Processing
We accept NETS, VISA, MASTERCARD and Internet Banking for online orders. Our retail outlets will accept American Express, Diners, VISA, MASTERCARD, NETS and cash. Title of the Products remains with Liang Seng Sports until all amounts payable in respect of Products to Liang Seng Sports by Customer is received in full by Liang Seng Sports. All prices displayed on the site are quoted in Singapore (S$) dollars. Hence, all payment is to be made in Singapore dollars (S$).

Cancellation of Orders
We will inform and advise the customer accordingly should the order be unable to be fulfilled due to unavailability of stock.
We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

Confirmation of Orders
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order. Prior to the acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer requesting for payment within 1~3 working days after successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, an email will be sent to the customer for further action.

Exchange & Refunds
The Product being returned for exchanged must be in merchandisable condition and original packaging if at all possible. The presence of the purchase receipt is an absolute necessity. Product for exchange must be within 7 days from date of issue of receipt. Products returned can be exchanged for other products should the Customer so desire. However, any price difference between the exchanged product must be made payable to Liang Seng Sports.
Products sold are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Liang Seng Sports be liable for any direct, consequential, indirect, incidental or special damages whatsoever, arising out of the use of or inability to use Products, even if Liang Seng Sports has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Without any limitation, Liang Seng Sports shall not be liable for damages or loss of business profits or business information, business interruption, and the like.

General
This Terms and Conditions agreement is subject to change and may be modified at any time, and any such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement on the website.

Whilst every effort is made to update the information contained on this website, neither Liang Seng Sports nor any third party or data or content provider make any representations or warranties, whether express, implied in law or residual, as to the sequence, accuracy, completeness or reliability of information, opinions, research information, data and/or content contained on the website (including but not limited to any information which may be provided by any third party or data or content providers) and shall not be bound in any manner by any information contained on the website. Liang Seng Sports reserves the right at any time to change or discontinue without notice, any aspect or feature of this website.
