How I know that my order has been received?

How do I place an order for an item to be delivered to an overseas location (non-Singapore)?
On the shopping cart form, you have the option to fill in the delivery address and country. However, please take note that oversea delivery charges will varies according to the country and delivery time. Our helpful staff will contact and advise on the delivery charges within 3 working days. Payment should only be made only after customer is agreeable to the delivery charge.

When do I make payment?
